If we accept your project on an Exclusive basis, we feel strongly that your project will get funded. You owe us nothing until a loan closes. If we opt instead for an Engagement Fee, this will somewhat cover our time if an investor we directly or indirectly introduce to the project, funds it without our knowledge. Finally if you choose Packaging Only we will process all of the pertinent files on your project into properly labeled PDF documents and will optimize any images so they can be easily sent by email. We will also, if you wish, host the complete project, password protected, on our website.
