Real Estate Rep
Providing a superior lending solution in itself is meaningless without loans to fund. We need a few reps to contact large national commercial real estate sales companies, preferably with real estate licenses. We would prefer an individual with existing relationships with large firms but if you are good at finding decision makers in large companies that will work as well.

Applicant should have:
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to understand the nuances of a transaction
Be comfortable conversing with executives in large corporate firms

Loan Rep
Have contacts that need financing? Let’s work together. We are looking for a few competent reps preferably with real estate licenses, which can or are willing to learn how to evaluate a project for feasibility. Your task is to find the project, evaluate it and get all the documentation we need to find the borrower a loan or JV.

Applicant should have:
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to understand the nuances of a transaction
Contacts with people that are seeking funding for commercial or large residential projects
